INGREDIENTS
- Thick fresh tuna steaks (4-6), use fresh
- 1 lg. bottle Italian dressing
- 1/8 tsp. salt (each steak)
- Pepper each steak to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place tuna steaks in 9 x 13 inch pan, cover steaks with Italian dressing, then put lid or saran wrap on pan and set in refrigerator to marinate overnight. Place on grill to cook; done when tuna flakes when tested with fork. Salt and pepper to taste. The fresh tuna steak recipe is ready to serve,....enjoy !
